I find valuable problems, build elegant AI‑enabled products, and commercialise them in messy markets.

Architect by training, product leader by craft — I design AI‑native products people actually adopt, and care as much about how they feel as whether they sell. Most recently I pivoted a failing VR bet into a category‑defining commercial real estate SaaS platform.

01 — What I do

An architect's eye for systems.
An operator's hand on the market.

I came to product through architecture and design, so I think in systems, structure and human experience first — then learned to commercialise. My real edge is alignment: turning strategy, vision and a coherent culture into a team that points the same way. That's the field of arrows behind this page — scattered at first, finding alignment as you scroll. These days it also means building AI that's genuine workflow infrastructure, not theatre.

  • 01Finding the real problemDiscovery in ambiguous, technical, enterprise markets — separating noise from the bet worth making.
  • 02Shaping AI-enabled productsApplied AI as workflow infrastructure: connectors, agents, enablement and strategy that compounds.
  • 03Commercialising workflowsPricing, packaging, GTM and strategic accounts — product into defensible, recurring revenue.
  • 04Aligning teams & operating systemsStrategy, vision and culture that point a team the same way — ShapeUp-inspired cycles and clear trade-offs that keep momentum.
  • 05Making things with tasteHands-on builder credibility: prototypes, AI-assisted tools, the craft to know what's good.

What becomes scarce when software becomes cheap

When anyone can ship, taste, judgement and problem selection become the moat.
