I turn valuable problems into software people understand, trust, adopt and pay for.

Architect by training, product leader by craft. I turn complex physical-world systems, from buildings and portfolios to spatial data, into B2B software that's commercially rigorous and genuinely adopted. Comfortable in the technical trade‑offs, accountable for the commercial outcome.

Product leadership for software people actually trust and adopt
01

Complex systems, made legible

Digital twins, maps and data-rich interfaces that make large physical-world systems understandable, and trusted enough to act on.

02

AI as workflow infrastructure

Workflow infrastructure, not chat theatre: applied AI grounded in the data, context and decisions already inside a business, hardened for production when the evidence justifies it.

03

Commercial product judgement

Discovery with economic buyers, design-partner co-development, pricing, packaging and the discipline to connect product investment to revenue.

04

Platform thinking

Reusable primitives over one-off builds: knowing what belongs in the core product, what stays customer-specific, and how the whole thing scales.

01 / What I do

An architect's eye for systems.
An operator's hand on the market.

I came to product through architecture and design, so I think in systems, structure and human experience first, then learned to commercialise. I build B2B software with consumer-grade care: products that are clear, credible, delightful to use and tied to measurable business outcomes.

I don't treat UX as polish. In complex products, the interface is how the user understands the system, trusts the output and decides whether to adopt.

  • 01Find the valuable problemDiscovery in ambiguous enterprise markets, separating real workflow pain from interesting technology.
  • 02Shape the trade-offsEnough technical fluency across data, APIs, spatial systems and AI tooling to make options and constraints legible, without pretending to be the deepest expert in the room.
  • 03Make complexity trustworthyMaps, diagrams, dashboards and progressive disclosure. In complex products, the interface is how people trust the output enough to act on it.
  • 04Commercialise the workflowDesign partners, pricing, GTM, ROI, adoption metrics and enterprise stakeholder alignment.
  • 05Build the operating systemProduct, design and engineering cadence with explicit trade-off discipline, so ambitious work keeps shipping.
02 / Selected work

Proof, not buzzwords.

Why chat isn't enough: AI as workflow infrastructure
