Turning a failing VR bet into a CRE platform
Led product through the pivot from an immersive VR concept to a commercial real estate SaaS platform — reframing the problem around how landlords, owners and agents actually lease and market space.
Architect by training, product leader by craft — I design AI‑native products people actually adopt, and care as much about how they feel as whether they sell. Most recently I pivoted a failing VR bet into a category‑defining commercial real estate SaaS platform.
Built, shipped, and aligned — not slideware.
I came to product through architecture and design, so I think in systems, structure and human experience first — then learned to commercialise. My real edge is alignment: turning strategy, vision and a coherent culture into a team that points the same way. That's the field of arrows behind this page — scattered at first, finding alignment as you scroll. These days it also means building AI that's genuine workflow infrastructure, not theatre.
When anyone can ship, taste, judgement and problem selection become the moat.
